What is it?
The Developmental Dash is a unique and powerful program integrating 30 years of research and innovation at Harvard University with the timeless truths found in scripture to help mission-driven leaders discover and expand their growing edge. The program uses a group coaching model that allows participants to identify and make progress on their own unique "high-value" goals while also developing their coaching skills to support the growth of others.
Participants will...
Identify important improvement goals for greater leadership effectiveness
Discover blind spots, competing commitments, and big assumptions that present barriers to change
Gain new insights through real-world testing of their "big assumptions"
Develop peer-to-peer coaching skills to support the growth of others
What's the commitment?
The program runs for 6 weeks requiring a total time commitment of approx. 6 hours of interactive meetings and follow-up exercises. Meetings are held virtually (via ZOOM) every other week throughout the 6 weeks.
Example Schedule
Week 1: 1st group session (2 hours)
Week 2: individual follow-up with a facilitator (30-60 minutes)
Week 3: 2nd group session (1 hour)
Week 4-5: Small group check-in (1 hour)
Week 6: Final group session (1 hour)
